These terms and conditions apply to your use of the McD Connect site/Application currently located at (mcdjeddah.joinblink.com).

Reza Food Services Company Limited is a a limited liability company, located in Jeddah, Al Sharafiyah District, Al Madinah Al Munawarah Road, Unified Establishment Number: 7018065818, ("McDonald's RFS") has established the Site/Application for your personal entertainment, information and communication. Your access to and use of the Site/Application is subject to these Terms and Conditions. By accessing and browsing the Site/Application you accept these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you should not use this Site/Application.

Your use of and authorization to access this Site/Application (and the materials and content available via this Site/Application) is a privilege and not a right and is subject to your compliance with these Terms and Conditions.

1. The right to access the Site/Application is personal to the individual to whom McDonald's RFS has issued a username and password for that purpose and the Site/Application may only be used whilst that person remains employed by McDonald's RFS in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia or as otherwise authorized by McDonald's RFS. The Site/Application may not be used by you for any purpose that is not authorized by McDonald's RFS. Your access to the Site/Application will be restricted and may be terminated if your employment with McDonald's RFS ends for any reason.

2. It is your responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of your password and you are responsible for all activity that occurs under your username and password. Therefore, you must not disclose either your username or password to others or do anything which would assist anyone who is not a registered user to gain access to any area of the Site/Application. You must not seek to pass yourself off as another user. You understand that you are fully responsible for all activities connected to your username including any data, content and/or materials you access, submit, receive, or transmit via this Site/Application. If you know or suspect that anyone other than you know your username and/or password, you must promptly notify us at Ourpeople@jed.mcd.com

3. We reserve the right to suspend and/or terminate your access to the Site/Application for any reason, including without limitation any violation of these Terms and Conditions. We also reserve the right to change, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Site/Application at any time, including the availability of any Site/Application content, without prior notice.

4. If, following an investigation, there is evidence of misuse and/or abuse of this Site/Application by you, you will be subject to the disciplinary procedures as outlined in your contract of employment with McDonald's RFS and other relevant internal disciplinary policies, up to and including termination of your employment depending on the seriousness of the violation. We reserve the right to cancel your account and to ban you from registering for a new account if the security of your account is compromised in any way and for any reason.

5. During your scheduled work hours, you should only access and use the Site/Application for the purposes of authorized training and learning. You can still access the website/Application at any time when off duty.

6. You agree that you will treat all information, specifications, and other data on the Site/Application as confidential and you will not at any time disclose the same, whether directly or indirectly, to any third party without the prior written consent of McDonald's RFS.

7. Information found on this Site/Application is for general guidance only and should not be specifically relied on by any user without taking appropriate professional advice.

8. Neither the content of the Site/Application nor any part of it may be distributed, reproduced, modified, transmitted, reused, re-posted, or used for public or commercial purposes without McDonald's RFS prior written permission.

9. Trademarks, design rights and other intellectual property rights owned by McDonald's or used by us under license from a third party or a member of the McDonald's Family; by this expression, we mean McDonald's Corporation and each of its subsidiaries, together with their respective franchisees and certain selected companies (which are either our partners who perform a function such as prize-provision within our promotions and offers, or agencies and suppliers whom we have retained to assist us to more effectively fulfil orders, manage and conduct promotions and offers, provide technical assistance and support and perform other functions to support our marketing activities and the Site/Application). None of the Site/Application, the Site/Application content, the Site/Application functionality, or the Site/Application design, nor any part of any of each, may be used in any manner whatsoever, except either as provided for in these Terms and Conditions or in the text on the Site/Application.

10. Reza Food Services Limited Company is not responsible for any loss or damage, regardless of how it occurs, including but not limited to: any performance failure, error, omission, interruption, malfunction, or delay during transmission operations, or computer virus infection, power outage, or the use of any content on the website/application or reliance on it in any matters.

11. Any communication or material you transmit to the Site/Application by electronic mail or otherwise, including any data, questions, comments, suggestions, ideas, graphics, or the like is, and will be treated as, non-confidential and non-proprietary but we shall comply with our privacy policy in respect of any personal information we receive from you. Anything you transmit or post shall, subject to our privacy policy, become the exclusive property of and may be used by McDonald's RFS or other members of the McDonald's Family or on behalf of either at any time and for any purpose, including, but not limited to, reproduction, disclosure, transmission, publication, broadcast and posting. Furthermore, McDonald's RFS is free to use any ideas, concepts, know-how or techniques contained in any communication you send to the Site/Application for any purpose whatsoever including, but not limited to, developing, manufacturing, and marketing products using such information.

12. You must not post or transmit any unlawful, fraudulent, libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, sexually explicit, profane, threatening, abusive, violent, discriminatory, hateful, offensive, harassing, or otherwise objectionable content of any kind, including, but not limited to, any transmissions constituting or encouraging conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any relevant law when sending, posting, sharing or contributing information to McD Connect. Furthermore, you must not post or transmit any information, including pictures, which are invasive of another person's privacy or otherwise violates or infringes another person's rights (including intellectual property rights such as copyright). McDonald's RFS reserves the right to remove any posting you make on the Site/Application if, in our opinion, your post does not comply with this paragraph.

13. McDonald's RFS has not reviewed any sites/Application linked to the Site/Application and is not responsible for and does not endorse the content of any off-site/Application pages. If you access any off-site/Application pages or other sites and links this is entirely at your own risk, and we recommend that you read the website/Application terms and conditions and privacy policy of any such site/Application. Unless otherwise stated or the context requires otherwise the Site/Application relates to the business of McDonald's in the KSA only.

14. McDonald's RFS controls and operates this site/Application from its registered office stated above. All communications regarding the Site/Application should be addressed to McDonald's McD Connect System Admin at Jeddah, Al Sharafiyah District, Al Madinah Al Munawarah Road. This does not apply to enquiries regarding your personal information and/or our privacy policy which should be addressed to Ourpeople@jed.mcd.com

15. Any exclusion or restriction of liability contained in these Terms and Conditions shall apply only to the fullest extent permitted by the laws of KSA.

16. You are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws relating to the use of or otherwise connected with the Site/Application, then you are prohibited from accessing this Site/Application or attempting to carry on any such offending activity and this provision shall override all other provisions of these Terms and Conditions.

17. Any use of the Site/Application shall be subject to the laws of KSA and any dispute arising from such use or otherwise in connection with the Site/Application shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Jeddah city.

18. All information given in this site/Application applies to the KSA only and is correct at the time of going to press but is subject to change without notice. It is not intended to give rise to any legally binding obligation and may not be considered to make any representation on any matter.

19. McDonald's RFS reserves the right to change, revise or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. If we do this, we will post the updated Terms and Conditions on this page and indicate at the bottom the date these Terms and Conditions were last updated. Your continued use of the Site/Application after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions. You should review these Terms and Conditions regularly to stay informed of any changes which may affect you.

20. Instructions & Guidelines to McDonald's Employees Dos and Don'ts:

• Do comply with all applicable national, state, and local laws and regulations, along with McDonald's Standards of Business Conduct, company policies, and these Terms of Use, in connection with your access to or use of McD Connect.
• Do consider whether sharing content, in the form of written posts or pictures, on McD Connect is the best method to share the content.
• (Managers): Do actively manage the content and materials on McD Connect, being careful to retain records in accordance with McDonald's records retention policies in the proper records repositories and immediately remove any materials that are in violation of these Terms of Use.
• Do preserve all information that is subject to any legal hold notice you receive and ensure that such information is not purged or otherwise destroyed.
• Do keep your login and password confidential and avoid conduct that could pose a security risk (e.g., sharing credentials or downloading malware). You understand that you are fully responsible for all activities connected to your username including any data, content, and/or materials you access, submit, receive, or transmit via McD Connect.
• Do respect all copyright, trademark, trade secret, right of publicity, and other intellectual property laws. This includes not disclosing information on McD Connect regarding the development of systems, processes, products, know-how, technology, internal reports, procedures, internal McDonald's brand-related communications and other confidential information of McDonald's, except to the extent it is being used in Employee Protected Communications, which are communications by non-supervisory employees regarding terms and conditions of employment, such as wages and benefits, hours, working conditions, and personnel actions.
• Don't post content that reasonably could be viewed as malicious, obscene, or threatening.
• Don't post materials that include discriminatory remarks, harassment (e.g., sexual harassment), threats of violence, or similarly inappropriate or unlawful conduct that violates McDonald's policies or applicable laws. Such content will not be tolerated and may subject you to disciplinary action, up to and including termination from employment.
• Don't post content that is knowingly false.
• Don't attempt to access any content or posts that you have not been authorized to access (e.g., hacking) or take any steps to defeat any security measures.

21. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the Arabic and English versions of these Terms and Conditions, the Arabic version shall prevail and shall be the governing and controlling text for purposes of interpretation.
